Almost 4 years post op and I gained 20 lbs

I am almost 4 years post op and I have gained 20 lbs. I need advice on how to get back down and portion control. How many ozs should I go back to eating to get back on track again. Hell please

    My son had the sleeve almost 4 years out and has gained about 30 lbs.

    Mostly from no longer tracking and controlling his intake, and reduced regular exercise.

    Getting back to food type and qty control, with improved exercise will bring it back around.

    Good job to catch this early and working on it.
