Well it's been hard but well worth it started out last may at 462 lbs had to wait six months to get date lost down to 387 sleeve was done dec 27 2016 gallbladder removed 2 weeks ago went for check up and was told today I lost 115 lbs since dec wow I can beat this beast worth every pain so far it life I see not a number
  2. I went in for pain yesterday had test done doctor say your losing it to fast well I eat but not much at one time lol . I'm down 104 lbs in 3 1/5 months I lost 50 before my surgery called today and said got to take my gallbladder out tomorrow has any one else have this happen?

Most of y'all have like two weeks post opt liquids I have 6 weeks of it yes that what he said 4weeks pre opt been hard but like most say your dr knows what you need to live lol I'm ready to move on it's been like two months with out real food but my mind is clear and I don't want junk food just hang in there Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. Nope that's what my dr does 4 weeks before six after not what I was planning but that's his plain so I guess I play by his rules has not been that bad Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

The way I look at it food was my funeral lol I went almost a year before I got a date for surgery 12/27/16 in that time I lost 83lbs a week out down 12 more lbs and I don't see it as i lost any favorites I like to smell the food now but not really want to eat it lol Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  19. I was done the same day I was to for the first day or so but I used gas x and sipped Water seems to work I can get the water in but my shacks r hard to get in best of luck only going get better Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

It's good to set some requirements on your self this is not a small step you take its best to prove to your self you can beat the beast of food I've been on the long road had to wait six months to even set a date but I was able to beat the odds and set goals for myself I lost 80 lbs before and it has made the after surgery so much easier best of luck it will pay off in 5 days out and it's been a lot better than I thought Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  23. I liked all the primer shakes and now only one I can stand is the banana cream the rest taste like lighter Fluid and I have to be on the liquids for six weeks before food swap going hang in there and beat the beast Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I used the gladiator when I was out in town small one only not bad for lunch when you can't have food and it grows on you when all you have is liquids on three days out with my surgery Water is easy to take but the rest is hard for me to get down day by day it will get better Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. Hang in there I went six months to even get a date and lost 80 lbs try eating six times a day carb with Protein use small plates and fork it's hard but keep your head up and push your self Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
