Pre op diet

I'm really really worried about not succeeding on my weight loss diet, so far. I've got to lose 16 kilograms to do this surgery and I'm finding things very hard. I'm overwhelmed, tired. I'm trying and trying, but i can't control me. I have daily long walks, eat much less than i used to. My status remain the same: no significant change. I'm worried, disappointed, sad, my enthusiasm is gone. Has anyone passed through this situation?

@@paulosouza2017 Not sure how long you've been on the pre-op diet but stick with it. I have Kaiser, we did real food, small amounts of weighed food, wrote everything down, drank lots of Water, started our Vitamins a month before surgery. All I did was walk, no other exercise and the pounds came off quickly. No sugar and very low carb helps a lot, good luck, you can do it!
