  4. Hello all! I am 13 weeks and have been hungry since about week two. Nothing that i cannot deal with and not as much as before surgery. All of a sudden....i am not as hungry as i have been. Not complaining and hoping it stays like this. Has this happened to anyone and how long did it last?
  5. Me,me.....pick me!! Right there with you. 11weeks out and hoping it gets better soon.
  6. Thanks everyone!! I am very satisfied with my rate just needed to hear it was common and should continue for a while. Glad to get the responses that i have!
  7. Yep, I am 11weeks po and have been hungry for most of this time. Real hunger and as often as i used to get hungry before surgery. The difference is that i can i can a little bit and move on. I had all consuming hunger before surgery and truly expected i would be hungry after.
  8. Same here! 11 weeks po and horrible mood swings. That combined with pms is a deadly combination!! Hoping it eases up soon...for all of us. :-)
  9. Maybe try fruit high in fiber. I was having the same thing. Doc suggested adding fiber, either powder or friuts...apples and prunes. She said try both b/c some people cannot tolerate one but can the other. The powder sent me running. So far this week two prunes a day is a Gosend!! Had my first real bm in 11 weeks.

  14. Thanks everyone!! After a failed lapband and years of truly dieting and exercising for no weight loss has me very scared. Every week i am truly thankful for that 1 lb gone. Just needed to hear something besides "i lost 12lbs today and its been two months and i am at goal". lol. Thanks!!

  16. Anyone lose 1-2lbs a week consistently...like over months and months? I am 10 weeks out and for the last 6 weeks that is what i lose. Slow is ok but i am afraid that it is going to stop soon. Would love to hear from anyone who lost at this rate pretty much the whole time and is out 6 months or longer? Just need a little reassurance. Thanks!!
  17. I was using fat free but maybe i should try sugar free!!! Thank you!!!!
  18. Atleast i have hope. I will try again in a few months. Thanks!!
  19. Sends me running over and over to the bathroom. When does this get better?? Love coffee and ok with giving up everything else but can't give up coffee. :-\
