Hi Everyone
I am feeling a bit frustrated. I had my VSG on 11.28. My preop weight was 239, and four weeks later I am 220.
I stalled at 3 weeks, at 223, now down a few more.
I know I should probably stay the heck off the scale for a few weeks, but I can't help myself..I just slide that sucker out from my bed and hop on each and every morning. Dumb, I know......
I feel like I could be one of those failures that won't lose most of their weight. I will be that one exception to the rule....
I eat my protein, and try to drink my requisite fluid intake. Exercise is difficult, as I have fairly debilitating left hip arthritis (surgery this summer for replacement)
When do I get worried? I keep seeing these huge weight drops from all of you, and I get discouraged.
