Drinking/eating

Just after some friendly advise! Anyone know why we aren't meant to eat & drink at the same time? I've been having sips of Water with food (old habits die hard!) and been having no issues. I'm not stressing my sleeve am I?!

Sleeve I love you!!!!

This has been answered more than a few times in several different ways. You can search in the box above to find many of the answers. I don't have the video handy, but there is one that shows how much more quickly your sleeve empties of food when you drink, allowing you to eat a whole lot more than you need or want at this time.

Impossible, Pain all the time.

Are you okay? When were you sleeved?
