  3. After losing 100lbs pounds, my stomach was defo the worse area for loose skin, and the top of my thighs, my arms aren't too bad and I'm no longer striving for perfection, I just want to be comfortable in my own skin :-) Hope that helps
  4. I'm 5'4 I stuck to the plan as best I could. Ditched the fizzy juice, embraced Water, Protein protein & protein and avoid bread, rice & pasta! I have chocolate every day!! 90% coca x 2 squares every night! And I walk my dog loads!! I also had a tummy tuck 15 days ago!!
  5. Thanks everyone!! Everyday is still a challenge but it does get easier to make the right food choices!! I'm now starting an online nutrition course!! Who would of thought that 1 year ago!!
  6. I had my sleeve on the 23rd of October 2012, weighing 249.7lbs Bmi 40 Today I weigh 148.9lbs and my Bmi is 25.5lb Best decision I ever made!!!

  9. You look amazing!!! I had surgery 23rd October 2012, started at 249lbs current weight 190lbs. I'm 5'4! I wouldn't worry about the 2lbs, you'd have to be eating to much to actually gain! Are you on myfitnesspal ? Xxx

  12. Today I made it to onderland!!! Sw 249.9lbs Cw 199.8lbs Gw 140lbs Height 5'4 Surgery date 23rd October 2012!!! Lost 49.9lbs to date!!! Happy days :-)
  13. That's annoying!! I was sleeved 23rd October, sw 249.7lbs, current weight 201.6lb, so freaking close to onederland !!! I have a fitbit one and love it!! I also log daily on myfitnesspal !!! Xxx

  15. I'm 11 weeks out and still having issues with bm. My stomach is so sore, I've order some miralax, I hope it arrives soon.

  17. It's meant to balance out at 10-14lbs a month a think, more so in the first 6 months.

  20. Why would it have your weight on it anyway?! Weird!!! I'm in Scotland!!! My weight used to change on a daily basis!!! So would almost always be a lie if I had to put something on it!

  22. Have you tried prune juice? My friend swears by it, I had a painful incident with some laxatives the doctor gave me. So I'm going I give prune juice a go!
  23. 2 months post op! My Christmas dinner, which I couldn't finish!
