How much weight I'm I suppose to lose each month . I had my surgery Nov .1. I was weighing 283 pounds and now I weigh 241 pounds.

Wow! 40 pounds in 2 months!! That is awesome! I don't know the statistics but I would think that much weight loss is above average??? Congratulations!

It's meant to balance out at 10-14lbs a month a think, more so in the first 6 months.

You seem to be doing great. I hit my initial goal weight in 6 months wwith lots of exercise and thought I was doing good. Keep up the good work
