When did you start to loose your hair and when did it stop I'm TERRIFIED of this part I'm only 11 days out

When did this phase start, and how long did it last. May I ask. I havent started losing any yet. I am scared it is going to happen, and I already have thin hair.

It started at four months and stop at six months out. I too have thin hair and it has been really depressing. On target for everything protein, water, vitamin, exercise still did not help until I read a blog that explained why we experience hair loss and it would go thru a phase and it did and now it finally stop.
