What is your definition of feeling full?

I just had my sleeve on Dec 4, 2012 and have been on my liquid diet. I have this sensation in my throat as if something was stuck there. It's not hurting it just discomfort. Has anyone felt that? Is it gas? Am I full? I mean I know it's not a foreign object because I can breath talk and eat. But it's jus this nagging feeling of discomfort. Just wondering what it may be.

It was strained cream of chicken. It's on the full liquids diet. Sorry left out strained.

Yeah it was probably just the soup. Take a "bite" lay the spoon down let it settle for a minute then Try another. Training ourselves to eat slower Is a really hard part! It should take 20-25 minutes for a "feeding"

I didn't know that was on the diet. I'm glad I found this app
