Sprint and At&t service in Tijuana?

Going this Friday to get my sleeve and wondered if the US service for AT&T and Sprint wireless was consistent at the Marriott and at Hospital MI Doctor. My best friend and I both have iPhones.

Can anyone speak to this situation?

Not sure ! I put my phone on airplane mode cause the international calling prices are ridiculous.

When I was in TJ they had AT&T-or at least that was what my service provider was picking up.

I had my surgery with Dr A Ortiz and they had a fast wifi there. The Marriott was much much slower but still possible to use. You can use the wifi with your cell.

I also had my phone on airplane mode because of high rates. I made calls before crossing the border then everything was email until the hospital (Mi Doctor) we were able to use the phone there.
