    Hey everyone I haven't been on here in forever ! !! Just a quick update ....... I'm down 72 pounds and life has been great! I'm almost to ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!! Words cant express the joy that I feel, best decision I ever made! Hope u all are loving life just as I am!!!!! I thanks god everyday for allowing me this opportunity !!!!!

    Actually I haven't work out one day yet !! I know that bad but I plan on starting this week. But I'm still down 42 pounds only 58 more till my first goal .

    Dehydration it no joke !!!! To all my pre- op sleeve it is so important to get fluids in. It's really hard in the beginning but try hard . Getting me a couple of IV bags and I get to go home

    Believe me your not gonna wanna cheat ! I'm 9 days out and I'm sticking to everything . Plus your stomach will let u know when u have messed up ... Lol. The only problem I'm having in getting in enough water
