Sport Top Water Bottle

What sport too water bottle do you use to make sure you get enough oz. after surgery? I would love one that is bpa free and had oz. markings on the side if possible. Anyone?

I LOVE the camelback brand.

I love my camelback. Has a bite straw so minimizes extra gas. The only 'straw' my surgeon approves. Instead of tipping it back, just bite & sip.

I finally settled on one by Rubbermaid which has a flip top lid (no straw) and holds 32 oz. I like to know that I need to drink two in a day. Simple! Plus wide mouth for easy cleaning and for adding ice.
