I just wanted people to know about Body Fortress Whey Isolate powder vanilla creme... It's at wal mart and is very good. Taste just like a vanilla milk shake.

Make sure you buy the canister that says whey isolate vanilla creme...

They have whey protein that is not the kind we can absorb so look for the whey isolate on the container.

In the ingredients it say whey protein n whey protein isloate combined but on the front of the jar it says super advance whey protein. can I use it ?

You can use it since it has whey protein isolate in it, just try next purchase to get whey protein isolate as it is absorbed easier after your surgery.
