Same here girl going into the third week of this stall and its not fun especially when its the first stall makes you want to quit but we can't lets just take one day at a time and sooner than soon it will be over and back to loosing weight:)

*hops on the bandwagon* I'm a week and a half in to mine and I'm so ready to be done already. How I've gained a pound eating less than 700 calories most days I dunno, but screw you body.

How long does this last I'm pissed!! It's very discouraging and it makes me feel not so good. Ur right it's like damn why all the sacrifice and I almost had a piece of toast buuuut I stayed focused! But I better start loosing again or idk hehe

I felt the same way. Lost 20lbs the first week and then not a thing for 2 weeks now. I even gained a few lbs. Research has told me stalls are completely normal. It's still hard to deal with though :(.

I got so frustrated I had hubby hide the scale! Now I weigh once a week. I am the type of loser that will stall for a long time, then drop 4 pounds overnight. Its crazy!!

So much less stress weighing once a week!

Yeah. One thing that boggles the mind is that I'm getting tons of compliments on how I look even better than I did "last week" even though I've not lost weight. Strangest compliment I got? I was told that my SHOULDERS "looked really skinny".

I laughed :D

I keep hearing that you can loose inches a d not pounds! I don't understand it but they say that is possible. So I'm keeping my half way Sane telling my self inches are falling! But I hope some weightloss comes soon I'm now where near my thanksgiving goal.. And it's sneaking up on me!

Hello everyone, I am 9 weeks out and have been in a stall for 2 weeks, however my clothes are falling off so I would love to see the scale move by my body looks so much better.... Stalls are apart of this journey I just wish mine wasn't lasting so long.... Keep doing what you are doing and eventually I know if will pay off for all of us BUT it is discouraging

Thanks!! Ya I have noticed the se thing so hopefully I am shedding inches!! I moved a couple pounds but then it went right back and I'm still not moving along like I would of likes! Def not going to make my thanksgiving day challenge :/

I think the body has to adjust to the rapid weight loss, I have experienced this in past dieting. When I am not losing, my body seems to change anyway. Never-the-less, I was at a one week stall, 4 weeks out of surgery, increased my caloric intake by 100 calories and stepped up exercise because I was afraid my body had gone into a low metabolism, calorie conserving period because it is geared to do that in a primitive "low food" cycle. Seemed to help, down almost 2 lbs in past two days. Frustrating though.

Rolls her eyes and scream ME TOO! Haven't lost in 2 weeks!
