What Should I Stock Up On?

I am so confused! Well not neccessarily confused, just a lot of information and when it comes to these things I just go crazy! I was given a list of things that I can eat what I can start eating once I am at my liquid intake goals and such. I don't even know what to go out and buy! What would be a simple list to start off with?? My surgery is November 6th and I don't know what to stalk up on.. little help please?

I stocked up on premier protein shakes (chocolate), isopure plus (grape frost), protein soups (cream of chicken, broccoli, mushroom), protein jellos (berry, fruit punch and orange)

dwbrown1978, what brands did you use of the soups and jello's? I have never seen high protein jello's. Any help you can give me to prepare would be awesome. Thanks in advance :}

What about vitamins? I've been driving myself crazy on what vitamins to buy, what I should be taking before surgery, also buying different protein shakes to try. :wacko: I'm scheduled to change my life on Dec 17! :-)

I use Centrum chewable a recommended by my nut and others. I also take Viactiv Calcium chewable. 2 each a day. I bought mine @ Walgreens.

I went a little bit crazy with the planning pre-surgery only to find that after surgery, what I thought I would want and what I could handle were two different things. Unflavored Protein powder is a must, but I found that everything else I planned for (soups, broth, shakes, etc.) went right out the window. I'm two weeks out and am one of the unlucky ones who can't tolerate much of anything. I get most of my protein through unflavored powder mixed with hot chocolate and not much else.

I'm using the Bariatric Advantage Vitamins, but I find them a little chalky =\ The black cherry B12 is great though and the lemon calcium chews are really good.
