    I open the capsules and pour it in my Water or Crystal Lite as per my doctor's recommendation. I do that 2x a day.

    You could be lactose intolerant. I used SF Almond milk or Lactaid milk. It really helped.

    Definitely stay in the hospital. I am 9 days out and can pretty much move around but tire easily. Definitely walk around during work and not just sit there.

    I was sleeved on the 15th of Oct. I was told to start my vitamins and regular prescriptions As soon as I got home. I take 2 Centrum chewable a day and 2 chewable calciums. I purchased both at Walgreens.
