Basic yoga will get rid of muscle tightness. Stand up straight and bend forward and put your hands on the ground on either side of your feet.

You can also do downward facing dog which is where you get into pushup position and then move your butt back and up so you are now in a jackknife. That will stretch your back, arms and legs.

I think they're not allowed for the OP because she's taking Coumadin for clots.

My lack of banana is due to medication not the sleeve. Still a bummer I love bananas.

I'm on Coumadin as well and had no idea we couldn't eat bananas.

I love them too. Oh man, that sucks cause I've been eating them every morning.

How long do you have to be on Coumadin?

Oh no :(

What happens when you eat bananas and your on coumadin?

Maybe call your physician to check in?

I will be on at least 6 months and anything high in vitamin k makes your blood thicker and makes the Coumadin less effective. So its not forever just a bit.

Well you are in my thoughts and prayers!! You have a positive outlook which is excellent! :)
