How Long Did Your Steri-Strips Stay On?

I was sleeved on Monday the 15th with 6 incisions. The band aids are long since gone after a couple of showers but I'm more worried about the Steri-Strips.

I'm only 5 days post-op, but most of my Steri-Strips are coming off! How long are they supposed to stay on?

They will come off on their own - mine stayed on for about 2 weeks. Is the incision sealed and healed under the steri-strips? If not, I would encourage you to contact your surgeon's office and see how they want to proceed... You don't want and/or need an infection to set in.

My last one actually came off at 1 month mark. I was told they will fall off when ready to

I'm a little freaked out bc the two over my largest incision are almost off and I'm only 5 days post-op!! :o

Mine started falling off 3 days post-op and the last one was like 5days post-op.
