I wonder what I'm doing wrong... I've lost 28 lbs since 9/20 but in the past week only 2lbs... I started walking and I drink my protein. I even started tracking to see if I'm eating too much.. any suggestions???

Omg you lost a lot. I only Lost 12 in 2.5 week. I am on a stall from hell for last week and half.

Sent from my SGH-T989 using VST

3 weeks tues an I have lost 11 since surgery my stall was at week 2 alllllll week! :( but staying positive as that's all I can do. Really wanna be off shakes!

Just remember everyone's weight loss journey is different! :)

I am 3 weeks post op as of this past wed. I have lost 18lbs since surgery. stalled this week. No worries though as everyone is different. Also started eating real food this week, so that might have something to do with it. Once your new stomach and body stabilize, the weight will start to come off again. Dont worry about eating too much. You will know quickly if you have. I can only get about two bites of food in before I feel satified. You will lose weight. I am only taking in about 600 calories a day along with 35 min of light eliptical trainer, so I know I am not doing anytning wrong.
