Wish I Would Have Taken Measurements!

I am 3 weeks post op and have only lost 23 pounds. But I take weekly pictures and today I was looking at the one from the day before surgery to the one today and wow, can I tell a difference!!!!! I wish I would have taken measurements!!!! It is crazy!! I guess I shouldn't depend on the scale!!

I took some a few months before surgery but ended up losing the paper! uGH

Im 10 months out and I wish I had taken weekly/monthly measurements too:( Esp since i seem to hit stalls and am a slow weight loser..........but i do continue to lose the inches!

THANK YOU for reminding me! I will be doing weekly pictures but I also need to get my current measurements. I am sure I have old spreadsheets or sparkpeople accounts I can gather up too. :)

Thankyou for reminding me about that too. I am 12 days post-op and had my first post-op appt today. I was disappointed I am only down 6 lbs since surgery. Considering how little my intake is, I thought it would have been more. And I FEEL like I lost more than 6. I did take measurements so tomorrow I may look at where I stand with those and hopefully I will see more results, as far as #'s are concerned. Thanks again for the reminder!
