Mexico Octosleevers! Add Your Name, Date And Surgeon!

Hey there! I want to start a thread of sleevers who are going to Mexico in October. I have found a couple people who have their surgeries scheduled and it's really nice to be in contact with others who may be there around the same time. I'm going to Tijuana for surgery with Dr Garcia October 27. I'll be staying at the Marriott for 3 nights total with 2 days at Mi Doctor hospital for the actual surgery and recovery. If there are others going to Mexico , but not in October, feel free to post also: I've found it so helpful to find others in the same boat as myself...

I'll make a list if there are enough people to generate one. Good luck! We're gonna rock this thing ;-)

Can't believe I'm in Tijuana right now. I am exhausted from the trip. I'm ready for a nap. Met Muffin Top in the restaurant had broth & a popsicle to go. ready for bed.

Wow!!! I know you're excited.

Wishing you a super speedy recovery!

Enjoy your broth, get good rest, and SLEEVE that SHI* !!! ;-)

Just wanted to wish everyone well that will be traveling/getting sleeved the next few days! I for one am sooo nervous! I have been busy today packing, doing laundry, cleaning, finishing up homework for my online classes, etc. and I have already cried once at the thought of leaving my beautiful little baby girl. Praying for God's protection for us all and for our children and families as we are separated for a few days...and God please push Hurricane Sandy on out and away from making landfall in the US. That is the last thing I want to be worrying about while I am in Mexico away from my children is a hurricane!

I'm packing for my flight tomorrow to Mexico .. Can't believe it's tomorrow. Good luck to everyone else over the next few days ..

Btw, I am super hungry and a little headachy today...my emotions are a little raw. I know I'm nervous, and feel anxious about the whole deal. I want to thank everyone for posting their experiences and helping out our fellow sleevers. Im confident in my decision to get sleeved. I know its the best thing for my health and wellbeing... Still nervous though :-)

I'm hungry too! It feels like I could eat all the yogurt in the world and I'd still be hungry because it doesn't feel like it has any substance. I want to chew on something! I don't even know if I'm allowed gum so I'm just dealing. Hoping the hurricane/storms don't impact my flight sunday morning, my layover is in Newark :( So I'll be super stressed if the storm is near, and then i'll have surgery after landing, yay! :P

Good luck zenoosh !! My surgery is in a few hours.... Can't wait !

Wishing you speedy recovery time!
