1. I was sleeved 10/8/12 and I don't drink soda. I used to drink 1-2 cans before surgery but just because I don't want to start my old habit I'll just stay away from it
2. I was feeling the same way right around 4weeks post op. I was told by other sleevers that it's normal. I think my depression lasted no more than 2 weeks. I don't have that much energy but the "feeling blue" is gone. It's ok get lots of rest your body had a major surgery your body is telling you to get some rest. Hugs
3. Hi Susan, you are an august sleever right? How is your sleeve treating you? I was sleeved in TJ Mex 10/8/12 and I have lost about 30lbs since surgery I'm so happy I was sleeved.
4. Maybe that guy wants to go back just to have a nice view again
5. I had c-section and vsg in my case VSG is nothing compared to my c-section. 2 after my vsg I was up walking and little to no pain. I was able to laugh and cough with out pain
6. What about drinking Powerade or gatorade it has some electrolytes.
7. I was told that "a lighter me" started after an employee from ready4achange was trying to start their own "patient coordinating" on the side taking patients from ready4achange thats how a lighter me was started. Dr Garcia decided to take patients from both ready4achange & a lighterme. Knowing that and now they are scaring patients from Dr Garcia that is unfair. As a patient we are nervous about this major decision and for us to hear that it's not fair. I was sleeved 10/8/12 by Dr Garcia and was very happy with my care and my decision.
8. Check out your local thrift stores in your area they might have sales to get clothes at a cheaper price. I live in Phoenix, AZ and I love going to goodwill stores every other saturday they have everything 50% off
9. This are just some of the pictures I took. I stayed at the Marriot I was sleeved by Dr Garcia
