Ok check in time from the The great slow loser :P I'm still only down 35lbs. I still work my azz off. Still drink almost 120oz a day so on so on. If I don't see under 200 some time soon I'm going to bust another scale" on my 5th one or is it 4th lost count" I have brought my cals upto 1200 for this new week and my workouts to burning 1833 a day for 6 days. I will check in again next Sunday :)

My best trick is move Your equipment into the living room my living room I have a treadmill exercise bike and elliptical. Work out in the evening I found that if I work out I snack less because I'll get up and do a little fast DVD or running five minutes on the treadmill helps keep me from snacking. I work out no more then 30mins at a time so I bust them up. Cardio 8:30am,Strength 12:30pm,Cardio 3:30pm, Strength 6:00pm and last Cardio 8:00pm. Breaking it up into many small sessions during the day keeps my metabolisms running strong all day and after strength session I always drink a Protein Drink of some kind . I have Kettlebell's and handweights. My 6 year old has her own 1lb/2lb weights she will work out with me sometimes. I love to play Xbox 4 games of black ops2 is 30 mins on the Elliptical that's for you guys ;). I am more then happy to give any input I can on workouts :)

Ps you know the drill I cant type on my phone lmao

Great idea. I should put some hand weights or bands out where I can see them. Maybe I'll use them then.

Looking good NGM.

I have finally broke my LOOOOOOOOOOOOOong stall and am losing again. It feels good.

Headed to Texas next week so i know i will be able to walk. It is -25 here today with the windchill and it is hard to get motivated to walk when it is this cold! I will be with 2 friends and we all are losing weight so I know we will walk each day!

Great idea!!!!

I think maybe that's why I haven't been exercising. Lame excuse I know but I can't stand for my weight to go back up. ????

I did use my bands to workout a little yesterday.

I've got lots if loose skin under my arms. ????

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
