I am a brand new newbie and a self payer going to Mexico. I have it narrowed down to two surgeons. Anyone out there have an experiences to share to help me decide. Unfortunatly this will be a lonely experience for me as my support group does not support my decision. Looking to sleeve in March while on Spring Break from college. I am a full time wife, mother, employee, and student!!!

@ NWLA which website did you go to? Do you know the name of the new hospital? When I booked a cpl weeks ago Janese td me they were using cornerstone. Wonder if I can change where it's being done?

Alighterme.com, I also e-mailed her. Here's her answer, "We recently (like maybe 2 weeks ago) moved to this hospital, its beautiful from what I have been told by Dr Lopez."

well surgery 2 days..day two of the clear liquid diet. im really not doing good..feel sick and like i am starving myself.

I start Clear liquids tomorrow and I haven't been to good on the liquid diet now, so I'm sure I won't do to good on the next stage.

meaning not doing good as your getting thru it and not cheating? Its ok if you have, we are all human. I havent cheated yet but my will power hasnt done so good today.

I'm going to try REALLY hard not to cheat on the clear liquid part. I have my broth, SF Jello and Protein drink mix for my Water.

So I am 95% sure I'm going with dr. Ponce de leon. I am planning my sleeving for 3/11/13. I want to try and drop 30-50 lbs 1st. Excited and anxious!! My mom has changed her mind and plans to accompany me. She still isn't a believer but she doesn't want me alone.

I am a full time student among full time everything else. I will be on Spring Break then. I cannot afford to miss school... Especially since I have to pay for it! Lol!
