Having the stuck feeling is nothing that we should just have to get use to, that is totally uncomfortable & for some of us it doesn't matter how small the portion we put in put mouth we still get the stuck feeling so that is a major problem for me... Some of us could possibly have a stricture & I'm definitely talking to my Dr/nurse about this... Healing time is different for everyone, there are plenty of people who don't even know what this feels like - they eat normally as they did before just in smaller portions of course...

I don't want to live the rest of my life w/ that feeling every time I eat... I pray everyone that is goin thru it that it subsides soon, I feel your pain...

I'm now 3 weeks post op and I still can't get down anything with any substance. I might have to get a swallow study done.
