I am so tired!!!

Since my surgery one month ago, I have been soooo tired! I get enough sleep and I am now eating more Protein, drinking Protein drinks and taking Vitamins.

What else can I do. I can barely stay awake at work :notagree

I believe it's perfectly normal, in most instances. Your body is going through physical changes, surgery, lower calories, etc. Not to mention the head games that we are dealing with, when it comes to food. It's exhausting just thinking about.

If things are really bad, it probably wouldn't hurt to have blood work to see where you stand. In case you are lacking something.

I was very tired, when I was living on 800 calories. Once, I was able to up the calories, I felt alot better!

Take care. Shawn

Well I know exactly what you mean and I'm 2 months out. I had forgotten until yesterday when I read a post about it that I haven't taken any Vitamins. In my whole life I've never took them but I guess I better get my butt in gear and get some. I am completely exhausted and I don't know what to do about it. I've always been Iron deficient and use to have to take a b-12 shot every week and very low blood sugar. I guess I need something.

Hope you get some energy soon and if you get some extra send it my way please before I fall asleep at the laptop, (not as bad as falling asleep at the wheel, luckily).
