Low Bmi - Half Way To Goal At 7 Weeks Out

I was just updating my ticker and noticed 2 things. First, I am half way to goal. This amazes me because I can go a week or two (I am only 7 weeks out) and not lose a single pound, and then lose 4 or 5 in a few days and then stop again. Also, I and am a measly 0.2 from being at a BMI of 30 or under. As I mentioned in an earlier post I am also off all my meds. Life is good today.

This surgery was not easy for me, but I must say I am starting to think it was worth it.
