Did You Feel The Same Restriction On Full Liquids And Soft Foods?

I am able to eat about 1/2 cup of soup on full liquids and I'm worried that is too much. I'm wondering if it will be more normal (1/4 cup) when I advance to soft foods.

Same here!! I can easily drink 1/2 to 1 cup of soup (no chunks) in about half an hour and I feel fine. I'm worried becuase I've been reading posts of people who are only allowed 2-4 oz at time.

This is wonderful, knowledgeable group of people, I'm sure they will set us straight.

:-)

I think the thicker the food the less you can hold because it takes more to move it through the sleeve.

Liquids still flow thru pretty easy after vsg, once healing/swelling is over. "I" have yet to feel any restriction, but I weigh and measure all my food, so I haven't put the sleeve to test yet.

Sent from my mobile productivity killer.

I weigh and measure everythig too. I kind of dont want to feel the restriction! :)
