B12 Injections

I hear many people benefit from B12 injections. Are these administered by the surgeon who performed the sleeve, PCP, other healthcare professional, or self administered?

  • When I ask for these injections, what should I say the reason is for needing them?

    I got a prescription @ inject myself.

  • I went to the doctor today and they gave me a sample of the nasal B-12. I'll see if I like it and let you know.

What gauge is the needle?

What gauge is the needle?

Honestly.. I don't know because I am not looking at the needle..I certainly can ask the next time I go if you wish..I know it has to be big enough to hit the muscle in my arm

No need you answered my question. It must be IM at a 90 degree angle. Thanks Piplula

Do you have lots of energy?

Not exactly but I've been without any Vitamin supplements for over six weeks. It will probably take at least a week or two to get back on track. I am not dead tired so that is something positive.
