Losing All My Weight Once A Month..

I ONLY LOSE WEIGHT AROUND MY MENSTRUAL...WHY??? AM I TH ONLY ONE GOING THROUGH THIS??? AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO GO THROUGH THE SAME THING, HAVE YOU FOUND OUT WHY IT HAPPENS, AND WHAT WE CAN DO TO LOSE DIFFERENTLY....HELP!!!
