Chicken Recipes For The Crock Pot

Anyone have some good ideas? I love chicken, just want to find new ways to cook it and things to marinate it in. Any ideas are welcome, even if they aren't for the crock pot i suppose lol.

My husband's favorite slow cooker chicken recipe that I make is Buffalo Chicken. It's so easy and you really can just do it in the oven too if you wanted to. You just take a couple chicken breasts, put a few Tbsp of butter on top, and then a cup or so of Buffalo sauce. If you cook them low and slow the chicken just falls apart after a few hours, and is great served over rice.

I love to flatten a chicken breast then roll up something inside of it to bake, someitmes ham and a piece of lowfat swiss cheese to make Chicken cordon bleu, or creamed spinach.

I take boneless chicken thighs and maybe a cup of water and cook on high for an hour or so. Then I drain the liquid and add a small jar of salsa. My family loves it. It tastes too dry if you use breasts.

Forgot **** I cook it on low for 4 hours after the salsa is added. Sowwy :(
