  1. Every time you eat ( in the earlier stages like up to four weeks ) have you experienced more pain while eating when you are sitting down? I feel that i hurt worse while eating and sitting and the pain eases up if i stand and eat. Maybe we're putting pressure on our stomach while sitting? Am i alone? I'm two weeks out today.
  2. I like fit frappes when i want to stay full. Casien protein is a slow absorber. And it helps me with not being so hungry. However it can be hard on the stomach after constant consummation. So i wouldn't use just that all the time. Mix it up.

    nitribullet..

Anyone have one? Thinking about getting it, wanted to see if it works as well as they say. Yes i know blendtec, ninja and vitamix are all better, but not in my price range for a while. Lol.

    Full fat, low-fat, or fat-free?

I switch it up between low fat and full fat. Personally.
  5. For those of you who have had the sleeve and are almost a year or further out and have delt with ovulation problems before weight loss, did you get pregnant easily or did it still take a while dealing with ovulation issues.

    Good protein shake

For rtd shakes, i like pure Protein vanilla, chocolate, banana and strawberry. Also, GNC rtd lean shakes. For powders, gnc orange cream total lean is the best so far. I'm wanting to try isopure dutch chocolate.

Has anyone taken "HYDROXYCUT" after VSG surgery?

Haven't used it but i use other site aids. I think it's worth a shot to try it and see if it helps those last few pounds. If you get it from gnc and save the receipt you can take it back if you find you have any unwanted side effects.

    Calorie intake!?

I try to aim for around 30 minutes of weights, and an hour to an hour and a half of cardio. I like to warm up by walking on the treadmill for ten minutes or so, then i loveeeee the elliptical. I usually do an hour on there. And then i try bikes or the stairmaster to kind of add in something random and different. I am in no way a great gym kind of person, i just always try my best to push myself a little and try to enjoy the time there.
