May 21, 201313 yr I've had this addiction lately to these Hormel Rev wraps they sell near the Lunchables. They're like 3oz wraps, maybe 220-300 calories depending on what kind you get and high in protein. They're a great lunch on the go!

Allah hu Akbar
May 22, 201313 yr Greek yogurts (flavored and plain. I like to mix two tbs of bran cereal with it), 2% cheeses, almond milk, protein powder, think thin bars, kind, lara, luna and pure protein revolution bars. Fruits of all kinds. Chicken, tuna, lunch meats, oatmeal.
May 22, 201313 yr I am two months post op and I still live off Greek yogurt, protein shakes, string cheese and cream of wheat. My biggest problem is remember to chew well and slow down when I eat things like chicken, beef etc. however I also like smoothies. It's been a great way for me to add more protein into my diet, and I don't get bored that way.
May 22, 201313 yr In additions to all the great items the group mentioned - I also have these ginger candy I got from Trader Joes (I'm sure you can find them in other health and whole food stores). They were a life saver when it came to nausea. They are called Gin.Gins - come in a green box or green paper bag - 100% natural and taste good too.
