    I am seven months in next month....uh I missed the psychology doc apt some how... So I have it july 16.. So I guess after that I see a surgeon??and my papers get sent to the insurance.. PS I quit smoking in april.. You have to have quit 3 months before surgery..I pay $40 co pay a visit..and $375 nutrition fee..$2000 surgery co pay..but all worth it to be healthy
