That Last 30 Pounds -- Arrrggghhhh

Still pushing on, but I swear, this last 30 pounds seem to be coming off so slowly! Don't get me wrong. My diet and exercise are fine, but this last bit is so super stubborn. I'm just looking for stories about being close to goal and having the weight loss just crawl. Is is like that for everyone?

I am right there with you, 27 lbs to go....I am six months out and I hear that is when weight loss slows a bit....grrrr!

I have 5 to 10 lbs to go and I am totally bouncing back and forth. Plus i find that I can eat more now too. I'm also a stress eater. You will do this! It will come off. Congrats on your accomplishes so far! You've done great! Keep it up! :)
