Five Days Into Pre-Op Diet .. And I Cheated...

So.. i started my diet this week.. on tuesday.. and here it is i'm 5 days in.. 9 more to go.. and I cheated by having an italian sandwich...I feel bad... can someone tell me is this a bad thing?... I really need to stay on track but its so hard...any help or support would be appreciated.. :(

I was having a hard time and I spoke to my NUT and she allowed me to have 1 scrambled egg, or 5oz of chicken on salad...... it helped I just couldnt get the 5 drinks down. And you feel like you at least get to eat something! good luck,
