6 Months Of Weigh Ins?

Hey everyone!

I have a question, specifically those of you who havr UHC. Does insurance require 6 mos of consecutive weigh ins with ur pcp? I am wondering because I was told by my psychologist at my consult that you need to have six months worth of weigh ins in order to be approved. I am really confused.
