New To This - Im On My 2 Week Pre Op Diet

HELLO! I'm new to this app and I started my liquid diet... I'm scheduled for my sleeve on aug 15... Any tips on what I can eat for now? I been eating chicken broth and crystal light water that's it. Doctor said I only need to lose 5-10 pounds...

I am preop but my postop clear liquid diet says Sugar free jello, SF Popsicles, etc are ok.

Try meal replacement shakes. My dietician said to make sure I'm actually getting some calories or nutrients! Not sure you are getting enough calories. I went to Costco it was 28 dollars for 30 or so shakes! Yum

@612belly - ya I bought some protein shakes from costco too but my liquid diet notes say they have to b low on protein and these drinks I bought r high in protein so I'm only having a couple of sips... I mainly bought those shakes for post op ...

My dr said to have protein pre-op also, but gnc has there brand protein drinks with 10 grams protein only. That might be better. Bought yesterday buy one package get one half off. Good luck
