Great job! That's a fast time!!! Wtg!

Amazing success!!! Please share your strategy. What do you typically eat/drink? Exercise habits?

For exercising I run four to five times a week totaling 2.5-2.8 miles/day. I never eat desserts. I limit carbs and eat protein in every meal. If I'm craving something, I eat Greek yogurt with granola or I have special K cracker chips. I do bring high protein bars to work to have that extra, while I'm away from home. ( always have protein bars in your purse, its vital ). I haven't had any pasta since before my pre op diet and no bread. My calories throughout the day adds to 750 - 850 daily. I eat, but still small portions. I never overeat. I can't ever finish my plate. Always know when that extra bite will be too much. I still struggle with water throughout the day. I average about 48 ounces a day. Still need to work on that. Hope this helps Sleeve Siren.

I'm 5'10" and am always looking for tall women to see their results. I'm having my surgery tomorrow (!!!) with HW 297. My surgeon says I'll be able to get to 150.... I can't even believe that! For now I am shooting for 175 or so. My lowest weight as an adult was 190, and I felt pretty good at that weight. It seems unbelievable to ever be close to 150. You look amazing and I look forward to following your results!
