Vst Or Wls Acronyms And Terms.........let's All Contribute So We All Know

I've been on this forum for almost a year and there are still things I don't know......what you can you add:

  1. NSV - Non Scale Victory
  2. SMO - Super Morbidly Obese....(just learned this one)
  3. Slider food - means it goes down easily and has little nutrional value, I think
  4. WLS - Weight Loss Surgery
  5. PPI - not sure what this stands for, but I know I took one (Nexium) for the first four months
  6. NUT - short for Nutrionist

I know there are a ton more; many I don't know.....let's get them all down in one place!

What is Tmi ,DH , DS or :wacko:

DH dear husband DS could be dear sister but it could also be another WLS that has malabsorption.

IMO = In my opinion

I always thought a slider food was something that slid right through you. In one side and out the other quickly, little digestion. Maybe that was TMI =p
