Are There Any Good "post Op" Cookbooks?

I'm starting to look around for a good cookbook to help me make high protein decisions for when I'm ready. Anyone have any recommendations?

I've seen a few titles on Amazon under gastric bypass....also this blog is awesome for recipes and things:

Good luck!

"Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies" & "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery" are two cookbooks that I have found on Amazon. I downloaded them on my Kindle, but I haven't used any the recipes yet. I also ordered Hungry Girl's new cookbook.

Littlebits

I just received 3 that I ordered from Amazon.

Weight loss surgery for Dummies (the best one...has tons of info in it), Eating Well after Weight loss surgery and High Protein meals. I think I will go by the library and look at what they have too.

I am 10 days post op and find it fun to look at recipes that I can improve on or can cook in the future. Having this surgery, at least in the beginning will require more effort to cooking.

I am eagerly awaiting to try the Baked Ricotta next Tuesday!!

Too funny lilbits...just saw that we recommended the same books!!
