3 Months Out

I had surgery on April 18 and I am feeling really good. I have attached three pictures, the first being before my surgery on 4-8-12, the second was 6-6-12 and the last one was yesterday 7-25-12.

I can't really tell how much weight I have lost until I see myself in these pictures. The weight is coming off slowly but all in all I feel good and am keeping it off. My exercise routine has been stopped due to a trip to the emergency room and a stay in the hospital. I was short of breath and I ended up having blood clots in my lungs. VERY scary when three different doctors tell you that you are lucky you went into the hospital when you did. I have been really thanking God for not taking me from this world yet. You definitely do a lot of soul searching and evaluating what is important and what is not. I ended up being in hospital 3 days and then off of work for a week and a half. This week is my first week back to work and I am weak and tired but all in all I am on the mend and feeling pretty good.

God is good!!!!
