2 Days Of Liquids!

Starting 2 days of liquids in an attempt to get my stomach and my brain hack on track! Has anyone found that a few days of liquids increases restriction again? Anyone wanna join me?

Ha ha I was gonna say the "pouch test" has reported ly worked well. But while searching it I saw you recommending it to somebody else. So now I assume you are already well aware of this.

It did for the first dew days, but I didn't make it all the way through the 5 days lol, but I think 2 days of liquids just to reconnect with sleevie should be just fine :)
