4 Weeks Post-Op On Tuesday And I Can't Get All My Protein In Is This Normal? When Will I Be Able Too?

I tried GNC,Isopure, Premier and I my tummy didn't like them either. I was on Herbalife ones for 3 days but they don't have a lot of Protein. OMG can someone please help me out here and give me ideas. I also hate Cottage cheese. So is there another way I can get my protein in with foods?? I've been on a stall for 5 days and I gained 2 pounds because I got my period (TMI) sorry but Im going crazy here. Im 21 yrs old.

Is it true that if I don't get my Water and protein in I will not lose weight??

I feel sluggish if I don't get enough Protein. I really like Muscle Milk powder lite 32 grams protein and I put in a blender with ice and non fat milk. It's a good pick me up. At work when i cant blend I drink

EAS AdvantEDGE Lite chocolate 17 grams protein it's good.

I really like Mucsle Milk Light as well. It tastes good, and the powder doesn't feel grainy either, which is nice.
