Where do you buy these? Are they in the Asian section of the food store?

I found them in the produce department. The manager looked forever before we found them. It was at the end of the section where you find cilintro, spinach....on the bottom rack.

When I make the taco cupcakes do I just lay the wrappers down first fill w cooked taco meat aavacado cheese and bake? What temp and how long?

It says 375 for 18-20 minutes. but the first time you make them, watch them. My max is 14 minutes before the wrappers start to get too brown.

I went to favorite supermarket looking for won ton wraps and all they had was egg roll wraps. The manager said he tried ordering the won ton wraps but they still shipped him egg roll wraps. So I decided to give them a try and I think they worked out great! They're the Nasoya but they're 11.7 g of carbs (35 g for 3). I'll just keep trying to find the won ton wraps.

I'm not sure what ShopRite is but wonton wrappers are usually in the produce department next to the tofu

I found them in the produce section at the end of the section (cold) where you would find lettuce, spinach, cilintro...very end of that on the bottom. There vere also eggroll wrappers, veggie hotdogs.

The produce man told he didnt have any in his dept. He asked around & the manager looked everywhere & they were in the produce section. You may try there. I knw every store it may be different. Hope you find them.

I think Wal-mart needs to add the "where is _____ item" feature to their randomly placed price scanners in their stores.

I made the Hawaiian chicken BBQ ones last week and Cheeseburger cupcakes tonight. My friend was over for dinner, not a VSG'er, and she loved them too! My coworkers were intrigued last week when I brought the leftovers for lunch. SOOO glad I found wonton wrappers finally! lol I've made crab rangoon too, which wasn't too bad. I saw a recipe for pizza roll-type appetizers somewhere that I'm going to have to try.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
