Very sluggish and couldn't get liquids in- didn't want them. I too have a pain on my right side. Doc told me yesterday that can come and go for no reason or twist wrong as the biggest incision is right there thus pulling of the muscle but you really should at least call your doc. You'll feel netter

I can't seem to get many liquids down - today in try'n to get in 2 Protein Shakes & more water... You all are losing so much weight & I don't think I am... Maybe b/c my stomach is swollen & irritated & inflamed...

Hey everyone, yes I went from goin to the ER & have just been brought to a room, so back here again from just be'n here a week ago... They did a CAT-SCAN & I'm waiting for the Dr to come let me know what exactly is wrong besides me probably being dehydrated but ik it's something goin on w/ my side b/c the pain really hasn't subsided since I left here...

On top of all that ig b/c I'm so dehydrated they have serious issues w/ getting an IV in... So they had to stick 4 times to get an IV in & now the 4th one has my arm swelled up so they had to take that one out & now I have to be stuck a 5th time to get another IV started... I'm so discouraged right now & I want all this to go away & be able to eat & feel good & lose weight & not be in pain... When they weighed me in the ER I've only lost 3lbs since surgery date... During my CAT-SCAN they did say that I had a lot of air in my stomach which means I'm still swole & I can see that on my left side which is hurting...

Just wanna feel better - glad that all of you are doing so well & glad for you alls weight loss & I hope in the next few weeks I can catch up to you guys...

Oh I'm with u honey. And they will pump u full of liquids which will undoubtedly help u sooooo much. This is good that you went in. The pain I have is from incisions. I hope yours is too. Praying for you! Keep your chin up and know that you're not alone. I'm right there experiencing this with u. Just two days ahead ;) KK?

What I want to know is I go for very short walks- and now calves cramp up. Why? Find it weird. Anyone?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
