I had my surgery yesterday (July 11) so I'm finally on my way to the next stage in my life. I came home this afternoon and am feeling pretty good. I haven't had any problems worth noting, yet. It feels good to be on the "other side" now!

I spoke too soon. Both my legs are killing me. The pain starts in the inside of both my thighs and the rest of my leg is like one massive charlie horse. The doc's going to send me back to the hospital to make sure I don't have blood clots, but most likely they think I'm low on electrolytes. I don't get sick drinking liquids or anything, it's just hard to get any great amount into you when you're only taking baby sips.
