Im In Pain...and Havent Lost Any Weight Since My 1 Week Check Up

Ok so first off I'm seriously frustrated. I lost 7 lbs in 7 days. Then I've not lost anything. I've cried and been frustrated. Last night I took a small bite of hamburger meat and I've been in pain for 2 days. I'm back to hurting when I drink water. I need some advice.

If you are in pain, call your surgeon. Really. You will end up in emergency room if you can't drink due to dehydration.Take care of yourself.

Oh - stop worry about how much you lost and concern yourself with following your surgeons diet plan and healing. This is not a race to see who loses the weight fastest. You will be a loser. :D

I agree with iegal! You need to take it slow! It is not a race and everyone's body is different. It will take you body time to adjust and you will plateau from time to time.

For me, I'm 30 days out now, down 20 lbs. It was a slow start for me, but then again, I've also had the hell period too. ( have gone on now for over 2 weeks)

Follow the diet plan and make sure you keep moving! It will come off, I promise!
