OMG. Just before this topic I was wondering to myself "if I have the surgery, will my girls disappear?"

I had breast reduction surgery 4 years ago, and now the girls are a good size. I'd hate to lose them. In the past when I've lost weight my breasts didn't get smaller. With the more rapid weight loss of the gastric sleeve, I'm wondering if I will experience a loss in my girls as well. Any ideas?

At three months out was down from a 42DD to 40D. Still got lots of poundage to go, so who knows where it will end. I'm suspecting about a 38B, and deflated.

Me too! I had reduction three years ago. I'm now 7 weeks post op and 35lbs down. So far, so good...but will be a bummer. At least I know where I can find a good boob surgeon when I need it!

Hee!!! That's a good point!! Wouldn't that be something, to get new boobs several years after getting them reduced???

Before my weight gain, I was a 32B. I thought having big boobs would be nice. I've had these big boobs for 15 years (38DD), and can't wait for them to go away. If I need surgery after all of this so be it. I just hope that the doc can keep em small. lol

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
